Minutes of the IQAC meeting held on 21.11.2013

Minutes of the IQAC meeting held on 21.11.2013 at 2.30 P M in the Principals cabin.

The following members were present.

Dr.Thomas  Kuruvilla ,Dr.Ranjith Mathew Abraham, Dr. P.K.Varghese, ,Dr.D Sajan, Dr. Leelamma George, Dr.Anne Angeline Abraham, Dr. Sabu George , Prof. Lynnette Joseph

 

The members discussed about the various activities of the college and the following decisions were made:

 

1. To prepare the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) of the college for the academic year 2012-13 and submit it to NAAC as early as possible.
2. The IQAC would ensure that the N-list facility of INFLIBNET is accessible to all teachers.
3. The IQAC also decide to collect a copy of the proceedings of the seminars /conferences conducted during this year.

Action taken report:

 

1. The AQAR for 2012-2013 was submitted to NAAC on 10.12.2013.
2. The INFLIBNET is made accessible to all teachers.
3. The proceedings of the Seminars /conferences were collected.
