1. Poor students of Other Backward Communities who are bonafide subjects of Kerala State are eligible for full fee concession. They will have to produce necessary nativity and income certificate from a Revenue Officer not below the Rank of a Tahsildar.
2. Students belonging to SC, ST, OBC including Kudumbis and converts from them are eligible for full fee concession, lump-sum grant for purchase of books, actual boarding and lodging charges in Collegiate Hostel or other Government Hostels or monthly stipend at the rate fixed by the Govt. from time to time.
3. Students belonging to forward communities who are socially and educationally backward are eligible to apply for full fee concession under the scheme of Kumara Pillai Commission Report provided their parental income is below Rs.25000 for Degree and Rs.42000 for Post Graduate classes. They have to produce the nativity and income certificate from revenue authorities in the prescribed application form.
4. Minimum attendance and progress in studies are essential to receive the stipend/fee concession every year.
